This Privacy Policy applies to the RoleMe mobile application ("Application") developed by Firat Tekin ("Service Provider"). RoleMe allows users to transform their photos into stylized images using artificial intelligence.

3. Face Data Processing

The Application allows users to upload photos that may contain facial features ("face data") in order to generate AI-edited images.

What Face Data We Process

When you upload a photo, the Application processes visual facial characteristics such as the structure of the face, eyes, nose, mouth, and other features that may appear in the image. This information is used solely to perform the requested image transformation.

How Face Data Is Used

Face data is used exclusively to generate AI-edited images based on the style selected by the user. The uploaded image is processed only to create the requested visual result.

Third-Party AI Processing

To generate images, the uploaded photo and style selection are temporarily transmitted to the artificial intelligence service Gemini, provided by Google LLC. This processing is necessary to produce the generated image requested by the user.

The Service Provider does not use uploaded photos for advertising, marketing, profiling, or model training.

Face Data Storage

The Application does not store or retain face data. Uploaded photos are processed temporarily for the purpose of generating the requested image and are not stored in the Service Provider’s servers, databases, or storage systems.

Face Data Retention

Face data is retained only for the brief time required to process the AI generation request and is immediately discarded once processing is completed.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses trusted third-party services to operate certain features:

• Google LLC (Gemini AI) – AI image generation processing
• RevenueCat – Subscription management and purchase validation
• Apple App Store – Payment processing

These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence where data protection laws may differ. By using the Application you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page and the updated date will be revised.
